In all honesty, I did it once. At my office at the end of a very stressful day, I sat on the couch for five minutes and meditated. I felt different for the rest of the week. I'm sure I did it wrong in one million ways, but my point is that just with the intention on lock, I got something out of it and it made me feel so much more calm throughout the week #placeboeffect

I have a hard time sitting still in general, but I do recite mantas/affirmations every day to keep my mental house in order.
