I've had horrible back pain for the last four months, crossfit injury, and my physical therapist prescribed yoga to help realign things. I love it, and will definitely be using this video!

I'm constantly telling myself to sit up straight because I find myself really hunched over sometimes. When I do I really feel much stronger and leaner!

Yoga really is such a great moving meditation / it can be challenging to start and find the right kind for you.

I've never fully committed to yoga, but I feel like it's the next step in being a healthy, productive, "young professional"! I want to start incorporating a few poses in the morning when I'm still in bed (to help me get out!) and right before bed!

I've recently gotten into yoga the past year and it 100% influences my posture and back issues during the day (from carrying around heavy shoulder bags). Yoga is amazing for strength training, flexibility and clarity. It's the best mind/body/spirit exercise.

Yoga keeps me sane, plain and simple. Even 5 minutes of stretching and posture alignment helps with my stress. I highly recommend everyone do this in the middle of the day!

I think posture is very important and something that I could definitely benefit from improving. A woman with good posture shows strength and confidence and can be one of those things that sets the tone for a first impression.

My posture is so awful I get pinched nerves in my shoulder blades. I am going to start doing this every day. It's so simple, and feels so good!

These poses are so easy but the change they have on your posture is incredible. I helped film the vid and I've been doing the poses every day for the past 10 days. I definitely feel more flexible and comfortable in my body.

I probably should be doing this.

I've been thinking about getting into yoga lately. Might as well start with my posture.

I have to! My mother was 5'10" and had terrible posture. Later in her life, she was always hunched over, as if she had something to be ashamed of. That is not the message I want to send with my body!

I'm insanely busy at work these days, but I just stopped to do this and, although I didn't get anywhere near as far as Talia, I definitely found it to be easy and helpful! A couple more times and I'll be touching those toes!
